Production of shelves

 As an indispensable storage equipment in the field of warehousing and logistics, the quality and efficiency of shelves are directly related to the storage and management of goods. From the preparation of raw materials to the assembly of finished products, the production process of shelves is a complex and delicate system engineering.

1. Raw material purchase and inspection

Raw material selection: The main materials for shelves include steel materials such as cold rolled steel plate, hot rolled steel plate, angle steel, channel steel, as well as connecting parts (such as screws, nuts), coating materials (such as powder coating) and so on. According to the design requirements of the shelves and the use of the environment, it is crucial to choose suitable raw materials. All raw materials are subject to strict quality inspection before storage, including but not limited to material certification, appearance inspection, size measurement, mechanical property test, etc., to ensure that each batch of materials meets the production standards.

2.Production Processing

Cutting: Use high-precision cutting machine to cut the steel accurately to ensure that the dimensions of the parts are accurate.

Stamping and bending: The steel is shaped by stamping machine and bending machine to form the basic components of the shelves.

Welding: automatic or manual welding is used to firmly connect the parts to ensure the overall stability of the shelf structure. After welding, we need to check the welding seam to ensure that there are no cracks, slag and other defects.

Surface treatment: Degrease and descale the finished shelves, and then spray powder coating to form a uniform, corrosion-resistant surface coating through high-temperature curing.

The production process of shelves is a comprehensive project integrating design, processing, assembly and testing, and each link requires strict quality control to ensure the reliability and durability of the final product.
