1. Raw material purchase and inspection

2.Production Processing

Stamping and bending: The steel is shaped by stamping machine and bending machine to form the basic components of the shelves.
Welding: automatic or manual welding is used to firmly connect the parts to ensure the overall stability of the shelf structure. After welding, we need to check the welding seam to ensure that there are no cracks, slag and other defects.
Surface treatment: Degrease and descale the finished shelves, and then spray powder coating to form a uniform, corrosion-resistant surface coating through high-temperature curing.
