Prototype: Fast sample making in 5~7days, we have a laser machine and can make the sample quick and precise.

There are 3 masters and 3 apprentices in the prototyping workshop, all of whom have at least 10 years of experience in prototyping. They are proficient in operating various advanced equipment and can correctly understand customer expectations. During the prototyping process, if any incomplete drawings are found, they can provide very professional suggestions; For OEM projects, it is possible to optimize the structure based on experience, ensuring that the product appearance meets expectations while maintaining stable and safe structure and effectively reducing costs.

Production: Strict and efficient management to output the world-class quality. Fast mass production in 20~35days, less tooling cost used by laser cutting machine, strong and experienced welding, superior finishing process, safe and strong export packaging.

To achieve the success of every project, we have a completed management system, from material purchasing to in-house control, unit site audit of the fixtures. Our service of pick and pack per store, shipping directly to the store, helps a lot in reducing your workload & management cost. We do provide one-stop service e of the project, to avoid unpleasant surprises and ensure the big success of your store opening.

Package: Assemble instruction sheet available for every project from sample package to mass products package, provide extra free parts, If the product contains acrylic material.

We set the packaging size reasonably to avoid the impact of oversized cardboard boxes on transportation costs. We choose different packaging methods based on different materials. The product contains wood, and we will add desiccant during packaging to prevent mold and decay caused by moisture at sea. The product contains acrylic. We not only use bubble bags/pearl cotton and other packaging materials to protect the product, but also proactively label the outer box with fragile labels.

Quality Control: Inspection in three phases, before mass production, in the middle of production, after finish production.

Shipping: Professional forwarder handling from factory to port, custom clearance, ocean freight inquiry, tax calculating, delivery to destination, and warehousing if needed.

Before shipment, after QC inspection and confirmation, we will provide various photos, including photos of the front, side, and 45 degree angle of the assembled product, as well as color swatches comparison and details, such as accessories, and instructions. This will enable customers to obtain timely information on the product's condition. After customers approve, we will arrange for shipment and provide timely photos of the packaging process, including the shipping mark, before and after sealing, to ensure that everything is in the customer's control.

We have good partners who have surface treatment lines for plating (chrome, satin chrome, satin nickel, black chrome, brush chrome, galvanization). We also have very good partners for plastic products who have vacuum form machines, roll plastic molding machines and injection machines.
